Every piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 12–18 business days for crafting and local delivery depending on production volume and courier timelines.

How do I upload the photo for my personalised item?

You can upload your photo directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart. Clear, well-lit JPG/PNG images give the best results.

Can I use more than one photo in the same order(more than one item)?

Yes. Each product can have its own unique photo.

If you want different images for multiple items, simply exit the cart, refresh, then return, and you’ll be able to upload the next image separately.

Will the image inside the jewellery actually be visible?

Yes. When you hold the jewellery to a light source (like your phone’s flashlight), your pet’s photo appears clearly inside the charm or pendant.

What if my item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with the photo?

You’re fully covered by our 30-day quality guarantee. Damaged or defective items are replaced immediately. If something isn’t right, we fix it — no hassle.

Can I return my order?

Because each product is personalised, we unfortunately can’t accept change-of-mind returns, but any quality issue is replaced free of charge.
