What kind of photo should I upload?
For the best results, we recommend a clear, well-lit photo where the image is easy to see. Close-up photos usually work best. If your image needs small adjustments, our team will make sure it’s optimised before your piece is created.
How long does delivery take in South Africa?
Once your order is placed, your piece is custom made with your photo. After production, your order will be shipped with tracking and delivered anywhere in South Africa.
This entire process can take anything from 12-15 business days until your order is at your doorstep.
Remote/outlying areas may take up to 17 business days and may require an additional courier surcharge.
